Editorial Standards

Every candidate product goes through the same three ordered gates before it can appear on Finder's Forge, followed by a weighted scorecard:

• Gate 1 — On mission.The product must map to one of our three wealth lanes (Make Money & Online Business, Investing & Trading, or Money Skills). Anything outside that — health, dating, and similar unrelated verticals — is rejected regardless of commission.
• Gate 2 — Real tracking link. We require a verifiable affiliate-network tracking link, never a raw, untracked vendor URL.
• Gate 3 — Buyer value. Products whose primary appeal is recruiting other affiliates, rather than delivering value to a buyer, are flagged and excluded.
• Weighted scorecard. Candidates that clear all three gates are scored 0–5 on buyer-outcome credibility and search opportunity. Commission is a ×1 tie-breaker in that score — it can never be the deciding factor on its own, and it cannot make an off-mission or low-value product publish-eligible.

Commission never determines whether a product passes the selection rubric above, and it is applied only as a tie-breaker after a product has already cleared every quality gate. Reviewers do not receive personal compensation tied to any individual product's inclusion or rating.
