What it is

Most money problems start the same way. Your checking account, two credit cards, a retirement account and a car loan live in five different apps. None of them talk to each other, so you guess at what you spent last month and what you're worth today. Copilot Money puts those accounts on one screen. It's a paid personal finance app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and the web, and it connects to more than 10,000 US financial institutions. It tracks spending, budgets, cash flow, subscriptions, investments and net worth. Sorting transactions is the chore most people quit on. Copilot Money uses AI to tag each one with a category, and it learns from your corrections. Each morning you can check your spending line, pending refunds and upcoming bills in a quick look. Budgets are set by category, and they bend to how you actually spend. If you come in under budget, rollovers carry the leftover into next month. That lets you save toward a bigger purchase without opening a separate account. Monthly cash flow summaries put income next to spending, so you can see a trend before it turns into a problem. Copilot Money also lists every recurring charge it finds, including the streaming plan or gym membership you forgot about. Custom alerts can flag overdraft fees, unusual spending and paydays. Your investment accounts sit beside your cash and debts, with performance, allocation and intraday estimates. You can add your home by pasting its Zillow URL, and Copilot Money tracks the estimated value. It's a tracking tool. It doesn't give investment advice, and it doesn't hold or move your money. Copilot Money says it never sells your financial data and shows no ads. The subscription is how it makes money. When something goes wrong, real people answer you inside the app. Copilot Money costs $95 a year, about $7.92 a month, or $13 billed monthly, at the prices shown on Oct 26, 2026. New users get a one-month free trial. You add a payment method to start it, and it turns into a paid plan unless you cancel first. You can also look around the app before you connect a single account. Apple has named Copilot Money an Editor's Choice, and it was a 2024 Apple Design Awards finalist. On the App Store it holds 4.8 stars from more than 30,000 reviews. The free month is the time to test it on your own accounts. Connect everything you want to track in the first week, then check back ten days later to see that each one is still syncing. If it fits how you handle money, keep it. If not, cancel before the trial ends. We read Copilot Money's website, FAQ, help center, terms and App Store listing on Oct 26, 2026. This is editorial research, not a hands-on test. How we make money

Finders Forge LLC is paid a commission by some companies we review, through the affiliate networks Awin, CJ and Impact. We are paid only when you buy through our link, and you pay the same price either way. That is how every guide and review stays free to read. No company can pay for a better verdict.

How We Evaluate

Every product here does three things for you. It helps you make, keep, grow or understand money. It is sold on what it does for you, not on recruiting other sellers. And its button takes you straight to the provider's own site.

We check published pricing pages, provider terms, and regulatory and BBB records. We do not test the products ourselves. Here is what we look for. Full detail is in our Editorial Standards.

Value for price

Does the product deliver enough real capability or outcome to justify what it costs, compared to what a buyer could get elsewhere in the same category?

Fit for the buyer

Who gets the most from this product. The "Best for" and "Fits less well if" lines above tell you quickly whether it suits your situation.

Vendor trustworthiness

We read the provider's published terms and check regulatory and BBB records for signs that the seller's claims do not hold up.

You pay the same price

We may earn a commission if you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you. It never changes what we say about a product.

Pricing transparency

Is the price on this page what I'll pay?

Every price we quote for Copilot Money comes from Copilot Money's own site, on the date shown. Prices can change, so confirm the current price on Copilot Money's site before you pay.

Tie-breaker

Yearly or monthly? The yearly plan is $95, about $7.92 a month. Monthly is $13, which adds up to $156 over a year. If you expect to keep Copilot Money for more than seven months, yearly costs less.
